The monograph is devoted to the legal problems of good neighborliness in Ukraine. The paper examines the criteria of acceptability of the impact of activities carried out on one land plot on another land plot (good neighborliness criteria), the relationship of good neighborly rules with easements, theoretical problems of protection of property rights and other property rights violated by non-compliance with good neighborly rules. procedures (procedures for environmental impact assessment and procedures for issuing permits for emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere by stationary sources) as procedures in which the rules of good neighborliness are established. The monograph also examines the experience of other countries in regulating good neighborliness.
