Exchange or return of goods

Return of goods is carried out only if there is a completed application. To do this, you need to contact tel. 066 582-86-33, or write to e-mail: info@odk.in.ua. Our representative will help you make the return in the most convenient way for you. If you decide to contact us regarding the return, please read the general rules. Important: upon receipt of the order, be sure to check the integrity of the goods (packaging and its contents).

Any product that has been purchased from our website cannot be exchanged unless the product provided was damaged. If the damage is mechanical in nature (damage to appearance). Such damage must be reported immediately upon receipt of the order - draw up an act of product damage, and inform us by phone 066 582-86-33.

If a printing defect was found, which leads to the loss or distortion of information: the absence of printed text, page jams by the printing press, the discrepancy between the title of the book on the cover of its content, pages turned upside down in relation to the cover. In cases of detection of such deficiencies, you retain the right to return the previously purchased book to the store within 14 days from the date of receipt. To do this, you must inform the manager of the company, and send a letter to the postal address with the order number and photographs showing damage to book products.

According to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On the implementation of the other provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On the protection of the rights of citizens"" dated March 19, 1994 No. 172, such products of good quality are not subject to return.

Complete set and integrity of goods

Please check the completeness, the integrity of the package, the absence of mechanical and printing damage upon receipt of the order. This can be done with delivery service workers. We are not responsible for goods that have not been checked for mechanical damage or missing parts directly upon receipt at the carrier's office. In the event of a shortage or damage, you have the right not to pay for the goods and refuse to receive them.

Refund

Refunds to the Customer are possible in the cases that were described above, and provided that the Customer adhered to all the steps specified in the "Exchange or return of goods" section, as well as in the case when the Customer paid for goods that were out of circulation. To return funds, you must fill out the form that will be provided to the Customer at his e-mail, postal address.
