General Provisions
We operate in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, including the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”.
Returns or exchanges are possible only in cases предусмотренные by applicable law, contract terms, or in the event of defects or non-compliance of the delivered goods.
Inspection Upon Receipt
Upon receiving the order, the customer must inspect:

completeness;

packaging integrity;
-
absence of mechanical damage;

compliance of accompanying documents.
Inspection must be carried out in the presence of the delivery service or carrier representative.
After signing the receipt documents, claims regarding external damage or incomplete delivery will not be accepted.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are possible in the following cases:

manufacturing defects;
-
damage during transportation;
-
delivery of goods that do not comply with the order or contract.
In such cases, the customer must immediately notify the supplier and document the issue with an appropriate report.
Contract and Procurement Deliveries
For goods supplied under:

public procurement procedures;
-
tender contracts;
-
direct contracts with educational institutions,
the terms of return, exchange, and liability are governed by the relevant contract conditions.
Refunds
Refunds are possible only in cases provided for by the legislation of Ukraine or the contract, after confirmation of the return and compliance with the established procedure.
