The training model includes: an automated multilevel warehouse, a vacuum manipulator, a multiprocessing station with an oven and a sorting station with color detection of workpieces. Autonomous cycle of materials: blanks are removed from the automated storage room, processed in a multi-processing station with an oven, then sorted by color in the sorting line with color detection and finally stored again in the automated warehouse. PLC control connection: The model has a printed circuit board with a relay to change the direction of rotation of the motors. All inputs and outputs can be connected to the connector socket (26-pin, 2.54 mm pitch) or to serial ports with sliding terminals. ATTENTION: 24V PLC controller is absolutely necessary for work.
