Fischertechnik Trainingsmodelle training models are used to study, understand and apply Industry 4.0 skills in vocational and technical education and training, as well as for research, teaching and development in universities, companies and IT departments. The model simulates the processes of ordering raw materials, production and delivery of finished products and control of all these processes via the Internet.
Production environment

After the order is placed, the blanks pass through the appropriate factory modules, and the current status is immediately displayed on the dashboard. The integrated environmental sensor reports the values of temperature, humidity, air pressure and air quality. The camera sees the entire system moving along vertical and horizontal axes and can therefore be used for remote web service. Workpieces are tracked using NFC (Near Field Communication) technology: Each workpiece is assigned a unique identification number (ID). This provides the ability to track the current state of the workpieces during processing.
