The publication outlines the method of forming morphological literacy in the structure of research teaching, which provides full conditions for the implementation of national and civic education and speech development of students in grades 5-7; focuses on mastering the methods of cognitive and speech activity and the development on this basis of skills communicatively appropriate to use language tools in different areas and types of speech activity; emphasizes the motivation of creative self-activity, the formation of experience of creative activity, emotional and value attitude to the world, independence and personal responsibility, self-development and self-regulation.
