Dmytro Dontsov (1883-1973) occupies a special place in the history of Ukrainian political thought of the twentieth century. His thoughts and views had a significant and sometimes decisive impact on contemporaries, preparing the younger generation for the struggle for independence of Ukraine. Among Ukrainian ideologues, whose work has been so persistently falsified and deceived, Dmytro Dontsov is undoubtedly ahead. But in our time, when Dontsov's messianism regarding the formation of an independent Ukrainian state has come to fruition, his works continue to be important. They exude feelings of inferiority from us, form patriotism and explain all historical mistakes. And the term "nationalism", which the counterfeiters intimidated us with, calling it "totalitarian" or "integral", which Dontsov never had, is no longer so frightening. Because Dontsov's nationalism is, first of all, a struggle for the indestructibility of the Ukrainian national idea. The same idea that guides all other European nations. The & ldquo; Folio & rdquo; In 2016, D. Dontsov's book "Culturology" was published.
