The monograph examines the state of protection of freedom of contract in criminal law. The issue of the possibility of recognizing freedom of contract as an object of crime is analyzed, the content and features of the principle of freedom of contract, object of crime are revealed, and the problems of using terms related to freedom of contract in the Criminal Code of Ukraine are considered. The main attention is paid to the isolation, systematization and analysis of crimes that involve responsibility for encroaching on the freedom of contract. Their distinction is made, ways to improve the criminal law protection of freedom of contract in general and the features of the relevant crimes in particular are proposed.
