The article by Ukrainian politician and well-known public figure Arsen Avakov "Lenin with us" was published in the electronic media in 2007 and caused a great public response and a heated discussion on the Internet. Therefore, the publication of the book "Lenin with us" in 2008 included not only an article, but also a selection of comments and discussions in various electronic media - we can say, "Internet epistolary", a public response to the relevance and need for decommunization and liberation from myths and idols of Soviet propaganda. Ten years later, the author returns to the topic, adding a question mark to the title. After the Revolution of Dignity, the Leninist era, and the Law on Decommunization, the reader has the opportunity to recall direct quotes from the leader and ideologue of communism in the USSR and perhaps re-evaluate his attitude toward Lenin, both a credible historical figure and a Soviet propaganda myth. The most interesting documentary department of the chronicle of the People's "Leninopad" and the official statistics of the "Institute of National Memory of Ukraine" on the dismantling of monuments to Lenin have been added to the book. The collection concludes with a selection of arguments and responses of famous Ukrainian politicians, public figures and publicists. A new, supplemented edition of Arsen Avakov's book "Lenin with Us?" continues the topical and absolutely necessary for public democracy to build a mature public debate.
