Makeblock Halocode is a single-board computer with a built-in Wi-Fi module, designed for learning programming and designed in a convenient compact form with ample expandability. Combined with mBlock, Halocode makes learning easy and fun and gives children direct access to artificial intelligence and smart home technologies. Built-in Wi-Fi makes creating projects even easier than ever. Thanks to the Wi-Fi module, students can create and control devices based on HaloCode and mBlock 5 in the easiest way. Mesh technology allows 2 or more HaloCode cards to communicate with each other. This allows for even more creativity, such as making a desktop drum machine out of Halocode. • Accessibility AI technologies such as voice recognition HaloCode features a built-in microphone to detect voice. And cloud storage and Internet access allow students to create unique projects that use voice recognition. • Built-in sensors make HaloCode very versatile. HaloCode has 12 RGB LEDs, a touch sensor, a motion sensor and more. Using them, you can create a rainbow lamp, motion-based games, interactive sprites in mBlock 5, and even develop a motion-responsive bracelet. Xtensa LX6 allows a board with a diameter of 45 mm to handle many processes at once. No matter how the programs are executed, Halocode is able to withstand their simultaneous use, which is not available in Micro: bit cards.
• Graphic programming based on Scratch 3.0
mBlock 5 program is based on Scratch 3.0. It supports blogging programming, which is easily perceived on an intuitive level. All you have to do is drag and drop the multi-colored blocks in the correct order. In this way, students can quickly learn the basics of writing code and move on to the more important thing - creation.
• Switching to Python with one click
in real time. This will allow you to quickly move to learning in a more advanced and professional environment. Also, the code can be created entirely in the Python editor inside mBlock 5.
• Integration of software and hardware makes code creation fun
With mBlock 5, students can easily create interactive programs. For example, a full-fledged game for which the Halocode board will be a joystick. You can also use the built-in animations to create original interactive stories or story games. By bringing the result of your program to pay or work, learning becomes visual and applied, helping to develop an intuitive perception of program logic.
