The Levenhuk 400T trinocular microscope is intended for laboratory work with biological samples. It gives a magnification in the range from 40 to 1000 times and allows you to use the method of light field and oil immersion. All observations are made in transmitted light. The microscope will be a worthy addition to the arsenal of necessary equipment in a medical or research institution.
The microscope has a trinocular nozzle. It is rotatable - rotates 360 °, the visual unit has a slight inclination of 30 °, and a vertical eyepiece tube can be installed digital camera (not included). Achromatic and wide-field optics. Glasses give 10x magnification, lenses zoom in 4, 10, 40 and 100 times. 40x and 100x lenses have spring frames that protect the front lens from accidental damage. A 100x lens is used for oil immersion. The sharpness of the optics can be adjusted with coarse and precise focusing knobs. The light passes through an Abbe condenser with an iris diaphragm, the brightness of the backlight is adjustable. If necessary, you can install a light filter in a special holder. Rechargeable batteries (included in the scope of delivery) or AC mains are used to power the backlight.
