Stereoscopic microscopes allow to obtain a three-dimensional image of the object under study. The Levenhuk 5ST microscope is a stereomicroscope that is optimal not only for home research, but also for laboratory work. The distance from the lens to the subject table (working distance) is 160 mm, so working even with large samples will not cause any difficulties. The microscope is equipped with a pair of 10x and 10x glasses 4x and 2x lenses, which in different combinations
allow you to get a magnification of 20 and 40 times. The binocular nozzle ensures even voltage distribution in both eyes. It is inclined at an angle of 60 °, so even a long study of the samples will be comfortable due to the optimal position of the head. For added convenience, the distance between the glasses is adjustable from 54 to 76 mm, and the Levenhuk 5ST is equipped with a rough focus wheel to adjust the sharpness of the image. Double illumination and several subject tables in the set (transparent frosted glass, opaque black and opaque white) allow to study by the method of light and dark field, as well as in light. To adjust the instrument individually, you can
adjust the interstellar distance in the range from 54 to
76 mm. Coarse focusing is possible to adjust the sharpness - there is a special wheel on the microscope body. To illuminate the object under study, there are two built-in backlights: top and bottom.
