Levenhuk MED 25T is a trinocular microscope for laboratory research. It is a professional optical device for conducting observations in a light or dark field, using oil immersion or Keller lighting. The microscope will be useful for a microbiologist, biochemist, university lecturer, employee of a medical laboratory or health center. The quality of the optics allows the Levenhuk MED 25T to be used for a wide range of scientific applications. The camera is not included, but there is a separate vertical tube for its installation. The visual part has a slight inclination of 30 °, and the whole nozzle can be rotated 360 °. There is a luminous flux divider.
Wide-field glasses allow you to study long specimens, give 10x magnification and have diopter correction. Planachromatic lenses improve contrast and color transfer, allow you to see more details and remove chromatism. In addition, the field of view becomes flatter, which is especially important in professional micro-research. All optics are made of glass and protected with antifungal coating. Lens with high magnification have elastic frames, and with a 100x lens you can use oil immersion. Coarse and precise focusing knobs are used to adjust the sharpness.
The subject table has a preparation guide that makes it easier to place the sample under the lens. The light source is a 20-watt halogen backlight with brightness adjustment. The microscope is equipped with a classic Abbe condenser with iris diaphragm and filter holder, and a dark field oil condenser is included in the scope of delivery.
An AC mains supply is used to power the backlight. Main features: dark field
