Levenhuk D320L BASE is a monocular microscope with a 360 ° rotating nozzle. A wide-angle 10-fold eyepiece and four achromatic lenses of different multiplicity are used for observations. The magnification range is from 40 to 1000 times. At the maximum magnification (when using a 100x lens), the oil immersion method can be used - the oil bottle is already included.
The lighting system is located at the bottom. It consists of a powerful halogen lamp with adjustable brightness and an Abbe condenser with an iris diaphragm. The backlight works from the AC mains. You can use light filters to change the contrast of the transmitted image. Micropreparations are fixed on a subject table which is provided with preparations. The sharpness is adjusted by rotating the coarse and precise focusing knobs. It allows you to transfer images from a microscope to an external screen, such as a computer monitor. With the help of a special program (installation disc included) you can create videos, take photos and edit the received materials.
