The contents of the SIGETA ADVANCE ANATOMY microscopy slide set cover the entire school curriculum. The finished products include samples of various tissues of the human body, sections of blood vessels, X and Y chromosomes, germ cells - only 20 slides. > Prepared micropreparations are placed in a water-insoluble medium and placed on standard slides (using coverslips). They are also equipped with a label with the serial number and name in Ukrainian and Latin. The sections are made as thin as possible, in one cell layer, and have all the taxonomic features. The drugs are painted with stable dyes that do not violate the structure of the object, but, conversely, emphasize it. On each slide, the object of study is located exactly in the center of the slide.
A set of micropreparations is packed in a wooden box with slide slots. The shelf life of the slides is not limited, the micropreparations are free of foreign particles, have clear contours and are suitable for study with school microscopes and magnifiers.
