When was Jesus actually born? Why do Ukrainians need another Christmas weekend on December 25? How is St. Nicholas different from Santa Claus? Can the history of 2000 years ago be interesting and relevant today? These and other issues were discussed on December 25, 2016, when the Open Orthodox University of St. Sophia the Wisdom started the celebration of Open Christmas, and on January 7, 2017, when we celebrated Our Christmas.

holidays.
