SIGETA Achromatic 100x / 1.25 - immersion lens with high resolution. The numerical aperture is 1.25 NA, the level of aberration correction is achromat. The optical scheme of the lens is designed for a finite length of the tube - 160 mm.
Note: slides for study at high magnification are made exclusively using standard glass cover thickness (h = 0.17 mm). If the height of the glass is greater, even the spring mechanism of the lens frame will not protect the slide from damage during focusing.
