Plan Achromatic 10x /0.25 - a lens of moderate magnification 10x with an aperture of 0.25 NA Designed for a finite length of tube (160 mm), which has most laboratory microscopes. It is not necessary to cover the microsample with glass, but the recommended glass thickness is 0.17 mm.
In the optical system of the lens, the curvature of the field and chromatic aberrations are corrected. Provided that the sample is colored and prepared for study, planachromatic lens will build a bright and detailed image of the micropreparation.
