SIGETA WF 16x / 13 mm - achromatic 16-fold eyepiece in a metal housing. The diameter of the eyepiece barrel is 23.2 mm, which is the standard for most student and professional biological microscopes. The calculated eyepiece number for this model is 208: this value is located in the central part of the WideField interval (180..225), so the eyepiece can be attributed without exaggeration to wide-field. The optical part consists of three lenses: two of them are glued to correct chromatic aberrations and installed in place of the eye lens, the third (field lens) is biconcave. The curvature of the convex surfaces is selected in such a way as to reduce spherical distortions
