The first in procedural science of Ukraine and Russia practical guide to cross-examination in court & mdash; the main means of examining evidence by the opposing party to the trial.
The procedural order and moral principles of cross-examination in Ukraine and Russia are considered. Taking into account the requirements of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine in 2012, the main attention is paid to the tactical aspects of cross-examination. Recommendations on the tactics of this investigative action of American and British lawyers, as well as specialists from Ukraine and Russia were used. Examples of lawsuits from Ukraine and Russia are given as illustrations.
