Rare and endangered plants of Ternopil region from the Red Book of Ukraine.

The monograph describes 100 species of Red Book plants distributed in the Ternopil region that need special protection. Generalized information about the current state of plant species is presented. For each species, information on sociological status, range, ecological and coenotic timing, life form, population size, anthropogenic impact, protection measures is presented. The description of the species is accompanied by maps reproducing their historical distribution in the region and 37 drawings and 65 original photographs. The book is intended for botanists, ecologists, geographers, environmentalists, university teachers and students, school teachers and students, a wide range of nature users, environmental activists and anyone interested in the nature of Ukraine.
