The workshop systematically covers the issue of Roman private law. The manual is prepared in accordance with the curriculum of the discipline.
Structurally, the workshop consists of seventeen topics on the general characteristics of Roman private law, its sources, the principles of civil proceedings and protection of violated rights, in the field of family, property, obligatory, hereditary relations.
