The publication is a complete version of the "Diary" for 1919-1920, a well-known participant in the Ukrainian movement of the early twentieth century. E. All of them together recreate the complex and dramatic two-year period of the Ukrainian revolution and state-building, the role and significance of specific personalities in its vicissitudes.
