SIGETA BIOGENIC 40x-2000x LED Bino Infinity is a laboratory biological microscope designed for professional research in various fields of science (medicine, veterinary medicine), as well as for laboratory diagnostics in various industries. This is an ideal microscope for studying cells, bacteria, plants, water samples and more. SIGETA BIOGENIC 40x-2000x LED Bino Infinity has a number of advantages among models of this class: the microscope has an adjustable nozzle type Zidentopf, optical length of the tube "infinity" (infinity), Keller lighting, centered condenser and LED backlight. The microscope is equipped with 4 planachromatic lenses with infinity correction and 3 pairs of wide-angle glasses (eyepiece numbers 208, 220 and 240).
For comfortable work with a microscope settings under individual parameters are provided. The required distance between the glasses (from 48 to 75 mm) can be easily adjusted using the precise Sidentopf mechanism. Complete 10-fold glasses are equipped with diopter correction rings (+5 / -5), which compensate for the difference in eye strength. Ocular tubes are located at an angle of 30 °, which allows for long-term research without stress on the neck. You can also rotate the binocular tip 360 ° for ease of viewing. The microscope is equipped with high-quality optics: infrared correction planachromatic lenses eliminate chromatic aberration throughout the field of view, forming a flat and sharp image with accurate color reproduction. The 4-lens turret (4x, 10x, 40x (s), 100x (s, oil)) provides instant access to various levels of magnification, allowing you to easily focus on the smallest details in the range from 40 to 2000 times. Lens lenses are oriented inwards, which provides more space for access to micropreparations, as well as for their replacement. 40x and 100x lenses are spring-loaded - this reduces the risk of damage to the micropreparation or lens if the subject table is raised excessively. The lenses of all complete glasses have an illuminating coating to increase light transmission.
Infinity-corrected optics allow you to embed auxiliary components (fluorescent illuminators, polarizers, etc.) in front of the tube lens without shifting focus and additional distortions.
The sharpness is adjusted with coarse and precise focusing screws by moving the slide table. The coaxial focusing screw is supplemented by a ring to change the smoothness of the macroscrew.
Mechanical slide table measuring 216 x 150 mm ensures smooth and precise movement of slides. The platform for samples is equipped with a holder of the drug with a coordinate vernier, on which you can place 2 slides with the ability to move them in parallel, which allows you to simultaneously compare samples. The coaxial screws for moving the drug holder are located next to the focusing screw, which facilitates the workflow of the slide study, providing intuitive control.
The lighting system is tuned according to the Keller method, which distributes light evenly to improve contrast. The Abbe 1.25 NA condenser with a petal diaphragm and a removable front lens can be centered and height-adjustable. On the side surface of the condenser is a scale corresponding to the multiplicity of the lens and the degree of opening of the aperture diaphragm.
3V lower LED backlight with smooth brightness control provides quality research in transmitted light. The illumination is supplemented by a removable collector and a field diaphragm, the diameter of which is regulated by the rotation of the annular frame.
