SIGETA BIOGENIC 40x-2000x LED Trino Infinity - laboratory biological microscope with binocular nozzle Zidentopf and additional optical channel for the camera. The optical tube length of this model is infinity. Systems of this type have a telecentric course of light rays, due to which it is possible to build in front of the tube lens whole optical units or change the design of individual units without disrupting the system and introducing additional aberrations. The model is intended for medical and veterinary laboratory diagnostics, pathomorphological research, conducting serious scientific experiments and recording the results in photos and videos. The SIGETA BIOGENIC microscope comes with 4 infrared correction planachromatic lenses and 3 pairs of extra-wide-field glasses (eyepiece numbers 220, 240 and 256). The range of magnification of the device is from 40 to 2000 times. The eyepiece head of the microscope rotates without restrictions in both directions, the distance between the axes of the eyepiece tubes is adjustable within 48-75 mm. Binocular nozzle tubes have a standard inclination of 30 ° for professional microscopes, which is best suited for long-term observation while sitting. A pair of 10-fold glasses from the set is characterized by increased removal of the original pupil and allows correction of the diopter difference. The lenses of all three pairs of glasses are coated, which "illuminates" the optical glass in the visible part of the spectrum. Due to the increased diameter of the field aperture of the eyepieces and the high degree of correction of the lenses, a wide field on the object is open for observations in the microscope SIGETA BIOGENIC 40x-2000x. The optical system of the device generates a uniformly sharp image without chromatic aberrations - both when viewed through glasses and when broadcasting through the 3rd optical channel. (Provided that the camera connected to the microscope has the appropriate quality). The BIOGENIC trinocular microscope is ideal for photography. The photo adapter installed in a separate port allows adjustment of length (+0 ... 15 mm) due to what the camera can focus independently, after receiving a clear picture in glasses.
Image sharpness when working with BIOGENIC is achieved by moving the slide platform. The focusing unit consists of three coaxially arranged drums - handles of fine and coarse adjustment and a ring to change the smoothness of the macroscrew. The subject table, equipped with micrometric calipers, has a matte graphite coating, resistant to scratches and stains. Between the clamps of the sample mover, you can place 2 slides at once and move them in parallel, comparing the test samples at the selected multiplicity. With a table size of 21.5x15 cm, the ranges of slide movement along the horizontal axes are 0-7.5 cm (from left to right) and 0-5.5 cm (deep). The micrometer screws mounted on one shaft have a smooth course, they are easy to control without being distracted from observations.
The lighting system of the SIGETA BIOGENIC 40x-2000x biological microscope is set up according to the Keller method. The large numerical aperture condenser with iris diaphragm allows the possibility of centering and fixing the height. If necessary, the upper lens of the condenser is removed: this may be necessary when working with extra-wide glasses at low magnification. The scale of the lens multiplicity and the degree of opening of the aperture diaphragm is plotted on the side surface of the condenser.
Illumination of samples by transmitted light is realized by means of the LED power of 3B (with the dimmer): brightness of a lamp smoothly changes in the range of 0-100%. The collector and field diaphragm are mounted in an overlay in the basis of the case; the diameter of the diaphragm hole is regulated by the rotation of its annular frame.
