MB-202 40x-1600x LED Bino is a research light microscope designed for use in medical and research laboratories, higher and secondary special educational institutions. It has 8 working multiplicities in the range of 40x-1600x, suitable for bacteriological and mycological studies. Multiple layers of purple illumination are applied to the optical surfaces of the eyepiece lenses.
The sharpness of the image is adjusted by moving the stage along the vertical. The focusing control unit consists of two coaxial drums - coarse and precise focusing knobs. Control of slide movement along both horizontal axes is also realized by coaxial handles. In this way, most mechanical adjustments can be made by touching the eyepiece for control.
The SIGETA MB-202's microscope light source is a 1W LED lamp. The collector located above the lamp projects the image of the light spot exactly in the plane of the condenser diaphragm. The optical system of the two-lens collector is free from spherical aberrations.
The NA 1.25 capacitor has an iris aperture diaphragm, the petals of which form an almost spherical hole. The distance from the front lens of the condenser to the subject platform is changed by turning a special screw. By adjusting the position of the condenser and the degree of aperture, you can achieve maximum contrast and optimal brightness of the image. Three light filters are included in the kit to adjust the color balance when working with colored products.
