From the editor-compiler "My Lord, accept praise, I praise Your name by singing!" The first fundamental truth of the holy faith about the Ministry of God is that it is God's institution. The service of God was established not by men, not by the holy Church, not even by the Apostles, but by the Lord Jesus Christ himself. This is evidenced by the Holy Gospel. She says that Jesus Christ instituted the Divine Service and passed it on to his Apostles and the Holy Church with a clear command: to bring it in remembrance of Christ. The service of God is the last will of Christ, it is His covenant, it is His will. In it, Christ left his Church a pre-mortal gift. In the Service of God, Christ left all that he could leave the most precious, that is, himself, his Most Holy Body and his most precious Blood. The service of God is the most precious treasure that Christians possess through Christ. The Ukrainian people highly value, respect and cherish this invaluable gift. With great love and desire we take part directly in liturgical singing. We bring all the incomprehensible singing beauty of the Ukrainian soul to the Lord. Singing is truly the decoration of the church. We offer you a collection that reflects the many years of work of the choir "Gloria" of the Church of St. Petra, Ternopil. The collection contains a liturgical text and a musical choral exposition of the Divine Liturgy of John Chrysostom. The publication presents various versions of parts of the Divine Liturgy of many authors, as well as the own harmonizations of the choir regent V. Semchyshyn. All harmonizations are available for quick study and performance by church choirs of different levels. The publication is offered to choir regents, deacons, as well as anyone interested in church choral singing. Regent of the choir "Gloria" of the Church of St. Petra, Associate Professor of the Institute of Arts of Ternopil National Pedagogical University named after Volodymyr Hnatyuk Volodymyr Semchyshyn
