Levenhuk Blitz 70s BASE is a short-focus achromat refractor with a wide field of view, which is perfect for travel. The small tube is supplemented by a table tripod, so the telescope takes up very little space in the assembled and disassembled state. This is a good option for observations from the balcony and visiting astrofests. The device is also able to replace the telescope and help in the study of terrestrial landscapes.
The optical circuit uses glass lenses, which are coated with anti-glare. The aperture of the lens is 70 mm, so the telescope works well in near space and bright objects in outer space. The optical tube is mounted on azimuthal mounting, which in turn is located on an aluminum tripod of fixed height. It is convenient that the mount has a guide handle - this greatly simplifies the operation of the telescope.
The telescope comes with all the necessary optical accessories. There are glasses for astronomical observations, a rotating eyepiece for studying terrestrial objects, a Barlow lens and a diagonal mirror. The telescope requires no extra investment and is great for a gift.
