The Levenhuk Skyline BASE 60T telescope is a model for novice astronomers of all ages. This is an easy to assemble and operate refractor on azimuthal mounting. It will suit a curious child or be a good first telescope for an adult. The package includes optical accessories for observation of solar system objects and ground targets. In the telescope you can see the moon, planets and even individual galaxies in outer space (without details in them). The image is bright, clear and contrasting at any magnification. If you choose the maximum multiplicity, you can consider the lunar craters with a diameter of 8 kilometers. An optical viewfinder with 5x magnification is used to quickly search for objects and guide the telescope.
The telescope is mounted for azimuth mounting. It is easy to learn even for a child, to operate an optical device does not require special skills. Azimuthal mounting allows you to move the telescope along two axes: vertical and horizontal.
The telescope has a rich set: you will find all the necessary accessories in the box. The set includes two glasses (35 and 175 times) and a diagonal prism. The prism serves to correct the inverted image, which is first built by the telescope, and is used for ground-based observations. The diagonal prism turns the picture back, and it takes on the look we are used to. The telescope and mount are mounted on a sturdy aluminum tripod with adjustable leg height. A convenient tray for accessories is attached to the tripod. Features: Simple and reliable refractor for a child or a beginner astronomy enthusiast with illuminating coating
The set includes all the necessary accessories: you can immediately start observations
