This scientific and practical manual (monograph) has absorbed modern research and practical developments in the field of the most complex part of the trial & ndash; Forensic evidence. In this paper, evidence law is considered as a complex system of intersectoral-specialized sub-branch of procedural law, which has its own legal nature and place in the theory of procedural law. Evidence law as a separate independent discipline is divided into general, special and specialized parts. Each of these parts contains both theoretical and practical developments that give further development of the science of evidence and proof in the field of civil law branches of procedural law.
