The film story "TOLOKA. LANDSCAPE FROM THE HOUSE WINDOW is an art-historical work, an expanded version of the script of the film "Toloka" directed by Mykhailo Ilyenko. At the heart of the work are poetic images of Taras Shevchenko from "That Catherine's House on the Scaffold & hellip;". The author tells a parable in which he "flies" through the history of Ukraine, recreates its dramatic and heroic episodes. In the center of the plot - Catherine and her house, which also has its own memory, its own soul. The age of the Ukrainian house is short - from war to war. Every ordeal destroys Catherine's house. But she stubbornly, like many generations of Ukrainians, raises her from the ruins again and again.
