We are invited to the Palace of Verbal Creativity by the scientist Lys. He will reveal the secrets of poetics, teach to invent fairy tales, riddles, poems, tell how to "read" a picture, listen to music, give magic leaflets, so that we do not get lost in the paths of creative activity. The manual is intended for group work in Ukrainian language and reading lessons, as well as for the development and upbringing of children in the family circle. Its purpose is to form generalized ways of perception, reproduction, construction and evaluation of the text based on "Poetics for Maples" by the scientist Fox and, based on the acquired skills, to develop speech skills (comprehension, reading, writing, speaking), deepen basic language skills, expand outlook of students. The manual contains 48 illustrated tables for 11 topics, the content of which corresponds to the typical educational programs for 2nd grade students. To work in groups for each topic, 4-5 tables are proposed, combined with a common educational goal. Setting tasks, selection of textual and illustrative material, organizational forms of work are based on the principles of personality-oriented language education, which encourage students to be active co-creators of the lesson.
