Georgy Pocheptsov is a doctor of philology, professor, author of fifty books on information wars, propaganda, communication theory, information and communication technologies. Honored Journalist of Ukraine, member of the National Union of Writers. There has come a time in the world when not only the rules of governance are changing, as was the case after the First World War, when the League of Nations emerged, and after the Second, when the United Nations emerged. A country that builds the future will live by its own rules. A country that does not do this will live for others, because it will build a future for someone else. The future is interesting primarily for military, global oil and gas companies and states in the energy sector. All these areas are more dependent on the future. But today the future will affect everyone's life, as everyone will be dependent on robotics and the development of artificial intelligence, as many professions will disappear.
