World bestseller.
One of those stories that do not age and do not lose relevance. First published in 1922, reprinted, screened, shown in theaters and on television, it has remained interesting for almost a hundred years for both young children and their parents.
The book tells about how a simple corduroy rabbit became a favorite toy of a boy who did not part with it day or night and would not exchange it for any much more interesting and beautiful toys. The rabbit felt so needed and incredibly happy. The only thing that was a little upsetting was his "falsehood." But happiness was ruined by the boy's illness. The baby, of course, recovered, but the doctor ordered to get rid of all the things that surrounded the patient. Therefore, the rabbit had to "get lost". And he cried with real tears, but not because he could be burned, but because of the separation from the boy. In the end, the toy was saved by a fairy who took the rabbit into the woods and made his dream come true.
This children's tale has a great depth, teaches the truths that make a person real, able to love, forgive and be needed.
