The collection "Villas over the Sea" presents a poetic work by Emma Andievska (b. 1931) - an original poet, novelist, artist, a bright representative of modernism in Ukrainian literature, a restless and courageous artist-experimenter. Although she spent most of her life abroad, she wrote in Ukrainian all these years. And the motherland recognized the skill of Andiev & shy; skaya: in 2018 she was awarded the National Literary Prize. TG Shevchenko. Emma Andiev's debut collection "Poetry" was published in Novy Ulm in 1951 and immediately attracted the attention of critics with its vivid imagery, originality of poetic language and received extremely positive reviews. In total, her creative poetic legacy today consists of 33 poetry collections. The publication includes selected poems by E. Andiev & shy; shka, written from 1951 to 1985.
